By creating an account or using TradeBeo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
TradeBeo is a marketplace connecting contractors with skilled tradespeople. We facilitate the discovery, communication, and payment process but are not a party to the contractual relationship between contractors and tradespeople.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use TradeBeo.
TradeBeo charges a 10% service fee on each transaction. This fee is added on top of the agreed job budget and is paid by the contractor. For example, if a job budget is 100, the contractor pays 110 (100 to the tradesperson + 10 platform fee).
Payments are processed through Stripe. When a contractor initiates payment, funds are held until the job is marked as completed. Upon completion, the tradesperson receives the full job budget amount.
Users must not: post false or misleading information; harass other users; attempt to circumvent the platform's payment system; or use the platform for any illegal activity. Violation may result in account suspension.
If a dispute arises between a contractor and tradesperson, either party may file a dispute through the platform. TradeBeo will review disputes and may mediate, but final resolution authority rests with applicable law.
TradeBeo is not responsible for the quality of work performed by tradespeople, the conduct of any user, or any damages arising from use of the platform. We provide the marketplace infrastructure only.
You may delete your account at any time. TradeBeo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Outstanding payment obligations survive termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
